Nikki is open and dedicated to working with a diverse group of patients. She recognizes that each person has his or her own individual condition, objective and level of physical ability and creates personal treatment plans for that reason. She is passionate about helping her patients return to optimal function as quickly and effectively as possible.
Nikki integrates principle Swedish massage techniques, deep myofascial release with specific trigger point release, joint mobilizations, passive and active stretching, MET (muscle energy technique) as well as homecare exercises to help her patients reach their individual health and wellness goals. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Nikki’s mission is to help significantly improve the wellbeing and physical balance of each of her patients.
