Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) & Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, hands-on therapy designed to support the movement of lymph fluid through the body. It is highly effective for reducing swelling, managing fluid retention, and supporting recovery following surgery, injury, or cancer treatments.

This advanced service is provided by our Registered Massage Therapist, Sylvie Lestideau, RMT. Sylvie is Level III Vodder-certified in both Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). Her advanced training includes specialized compression therapy (bandaging and garments) to prevent fluid reaccumulation and manage complex swelling. These sessions are typically covered under extended health benefits.
